Mt Waverley CC Christmas Party 2009 
The Mt Waverley Cricket Club 2009 Christmas Party and End of Year Celebration will take place on Saturday 19th December at the Mt Waverley Reserve social rooms. The evening will begin at 6.30pm with dinner included with a small cover charge. Senior players are encouraged to provide a salad, casserole or similar dish to help keep the costs down*. Drinks will be available at bar prices. Santa will also be making an appearance but parents new to the club will need to contact the club to "confirm the details". It would be appreciated if those wanting to attend could inform their team captains or coaches so that the club has some idea of numbers for catering purposes. The cost is $10 per person or $20 per family. *The club requets that peanuts ARE EXCLUDED from any dish provided to the club due to the allergies of some children.

Bunnings BBQ: 31st January 2010 
Mt Waverley CC Junior parents will be running a BBQ at the Bunnings store in Notting Hill on Sunday 31st of January. Please contact your team coach or Michael O'Donnell on (03) 9614 1944 to express preferred roster times. Under 11 Whites Snare First Win! Our Under 11 White team coached by Sachin Mishra snared it's first win for the season last Saturday with over Toorak-Prahran Red at Orrong Park. Mt Waverley White batted first and compiled an excellent 4/119 from their 24 overs with good batting performances throughout. In return they restricted Toorak-Prahran Red to 89 for the loss of seven wickets.The top scorers for Mt Waverley White were L Byrnes 28no, L Cartwright 14, J Boyce 14no and J Mishra 11. The wickets were shared by J Campbell (1), S Singh (1) and L Quaife (1) whilst there were an amazing 4 run outs. Congratulations to the team and their supporters - keep the good performances coming! Mt Waverley CC Juniors are holding a Pizza Night on Sunday 4th October 2009 at the Mt Waverley CC Social Rooms. The evening will begin at 5.30pm. Further details are included in the attached flyer. Milo in2CRICKET Registration    Mount Waverley CC will once again be running the "Milo in2CRICKET" cricket program for children aged 5-10 years, this upcoming season.The registration for the upcoming Milo in2CRICKET program will be Thursday the 8th of October 2009 from 5pm until 6pm with the actual sessions beginning on Thursday 19th November 2009 at 4.15pm. The program will run for approximately 12 weeks and run for about 1 hour each session. The registration fee is $55 per child. Assistance Required Mt Waverley CC required assistance from parents, family and volunteers to help run and manage each of its junior sides. Help is also desperately required to assist with the Milo in2CRICKET program for 5 - 10 year olds.
